Part 1 - annual inspections Part 2 - five-year inspections The subject of the order is the Contractor's performance of periodic inspections of hydrotechnical facilities for the Ordering Party: a) annual - in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 1 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Law construction (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847) to the extent specified in § 68-72, taking into account the content of § 73-74 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 on technical conditions of use and detailed scope of inspections of marine hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516). b) five years - in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 2 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847), to the extent specified in §75 - 77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of inspections of marine hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516).
