Part 1 - NW Goleniów (Annual inspections) Part 2 - NW Kamień Pyrzyce (annual and five-year inspections) Part 3 - NW Stargard (five-year inspections) The subject of the order is the Contractor's performance of periodic inspections of facilities for the Ordering Party hydrotechnical works in the area of operation of the Polish Waters State Water Holding - Catchment Management Board in Stargard: 1) annual - in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 1 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, items 682, 553, 967, 1506, 1597, 1681, 1688, 1762, 1890, 1963, 2029) to the extent specified in § 68-72, taking into account the content of § 73-74 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of inspections of maritime structures hydrotechnical (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516). 2) five years - in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 2 of the Construction Law and to the extent specified in § 75-77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 regarding technical conditions use and detailed scope of inspections of marine hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516) The order consists of the following parts: 1.
