4.1 The subject of the contract is the contractor to be carried out to the contracting authority of periodic hydrotechnical facilities in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351; hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Law") in Polish Waters of the Board of the catchment in Koszalin:

62 para. 1 point 1 of the Construction Law and to the extent specified in § 68-72 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of control sea ​​hydrotechnical buildings (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516), taking into account the content of § 73-74 of this regulation,

62 para. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law and to the extent specified in § 75-77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of

October 23, 2006 on technical conditions of use and a detailed scope of maritime control of hydrotechnical buildings (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516),

and execution, for the purposes of control, necessary tests and measurements.
