A one-stage tender with an additional competitive procedure Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting bids: 11 1. An offeror who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: 1. The offeror will attach to his offer all the affidavits and approvals required by the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 1976 - 1976, including an affidavit according to the Law on Equal Rights for Persons With a disability, 1998 and in contracts with a value exceeding NIS 400, 000, an affidavit according to the Law on Foreign Workers, 1991, the Minimum Wage Law, 1987. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. 2. Registration according to the Law on Registration of Construction Engineering Works - 1969 in classification 150 A-1 at least. It will be clarified that in order to comply with this condition, it is also possible to provide a certificate regarding registration in the relevant main branch register provided that the financial classification in the main branch meets the requested financial classification in the threshold conditions. 3. Experience requirement: proven experience in carrying out at least one project of concrete restoration and/or steel construction restoration in power plants and/or plants/facilities/industrial buildings In the amount of at least 350, 000 NIS without VAT (adjusted to the index known at the time of submission of the bids, the base index will be considered the date of conclusion of the contract) carried out during the last 5 years preceding the date of submission of the bids.
