Periodic contracting for concrete restoration works and steel construction maintenance at the various company sites - southern region, including the Rotenberg power plants, Maor HaDrom region (Tzafit, Gezer, Reading and Syloniya) and regional offices (Netanya to Eilat). Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submission The offers: 11 1. An offeror who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: 1. The offeror will attach to his offer all the affidavits and approvals required according to the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 1976, including an affidavit according to the Law on Equal Rights for Individuals With a disability, 1998 - 1998 and in contracts with a value exceeding NIS 400, 000, an affidavit according to the Foreign Workers Law, 1991 - 1991 Minimum Wage Law, 1987 - 1987. b. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. 2. The experience requirement: Proven experience in carrying out at least two projects that include concrete restoration and/or steel construction restoration in power plants and/or Industrial plants/facilities/buildings and that the scope of concrete restoration works and/or steel construction restoration will be in the amount of at least 350, 000 NIS without VAT (adjusted to the index known at the time of submission of the bids, the base index will be considered the date of conclusion of the contract) for each project, carried out during the last 5 years preceding the date of submission of the bids.
