Tender Details

The subject of the Agreement is the provision of services consisting in periodic inspection of the technical condition of buildings located in Poznań. The subject of the Agreement is divided into two tasks: 1) Task 1 - periodic inspection, performed at least once a year, consisting of checking the technical condition of building elements, structures and installations exposed to harmful atmospheric influences and destructive effects of factors occurring during the use of the facility as well as installations and devices used for environmental protection, in accordance with the requirement referred to in Art. 62 section 1 point 1 letter a) and b) of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (number of buildings: 518).2) Task 2 - periodic inspection in the scope referred to in Art. 62 section 1 point 3 of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction law, i.e. at least twice a year, by May 31 and November 30, in the case of buildings with a building area exceeding 2, 000 m2 and other buildings with a roof area exceeding 1, 000 m2 (number of buildings to be inspected: 6). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the Agreement within the period from the date of conclusion of this Agreement to December 31, 2026, provided that: 1) commencement of inspection activities for Task 1 - from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, 2) completion of inspection activities for Task 1 - no later than May 31, 2026;3) submitting post-inspection reports regarding Task 1 to DOT within 30 days from the date of completion of inspection activities, however...
