Announcing a full speed tender for the second time
The Ministry of Justice announces an internal tender for the second time in full speed and in the method of joining and downloading for periodic and emergency maintenance works for the Aleppo Justice Department (the main building and the annex building)
According to the technical and financial conditions booklet And private rights under the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004
The estimated statement value is 10, 000, 000/ten million SYP
Initial insurance: /500, 000/ only five hundred thousand SYP
Initial deposits shall be submitted to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in a deposit account at the central treasury of the Ministry of Finance, or pursuant to a bank guarantee. A certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value.
Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value.
Implementation period: 90 days starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the commencement order Or job site delivery.
The offer commitment period is 60/sixty days from the day following the end date of submitting the offer.
The duration of the nominated bidder's commitment to his offer is 90/ninety days from the date of referral.
