Invitation to Bid for Perimeter Fencing of Bahay Pag-asa

1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the GF - 1% LCPC CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and 74/100 Centavos (Php 1, 992, 988.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Perimeter Fencing of Bahay Pag-asa at Gov. D.O. Plaza Gov-t Center, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 24-52 PF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
