Performing technical maintenance at the P4 maintenance level of bogies type 19MN and 32AN (SA105) along with additional works 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services including the following works (hereinafter "Subject of the order"): a) actions of the fourth maintenance level (P4) as part of 1 (one) technical service for bogies of the SA105 (213M) vehicle with factory number 001 (hereinafter referred to as "PCS" or "Vehicle"), and for 1 (one) technical service there is a set of bogies on the Vehicle, i.e.: 1 (one) bogie 19MN driving car and 1 (one) 32AN rolling cart (hereinafter referred to as the "Trolleys") (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Tasks"); b) subject to section 2 prace fakultatywne związane z wykonaniem czynności czwartego poziomu utrzymania P4 trolleys, going beyond the scope of work provided for in point a. (hereinafter the above optional works referred to as "Optional Tasks") c) subject to section 2, other works that do not constitute Basic Tasks or Optional Tasks necessary for restoration proper functioning of the Trolleys or to meet the requirement referred to in §6 section 1 of the Contract Template (hereinafter referred to as "Unplanned Tasks"). The Ordering Party, together with the trolleys, will provide the Contractor with the materials/parts/components indicated in Annex No. 8 to the Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).
