1. The subject of the order is to provide a service called: Research and analysis of the functioning of parking areas in Toruń, consisting in: 1) measuring the functioning of parking areas in the following period: a) Measurement I - during the tourist season b) Measurement II - outside the tourist season and providing measurement data in electronic form 2) conducting a parking needs questionnaire during the measurements referred to in point 1(a). a and b (total minimum - 1200, maximum 1500 surveys), 3) specification occupancy, turnover, parking time and filling indicators, including the generic structure of vehicles and the method of their parking divided into regions and zones - Annex No. 3 to the OPZ, 4) presentation of the results in tabular and graphical form for points 2-3 5) performing a comparative analysis of the indicators specified in point 3 in relation to the research indicators obtained for the areas examined in 2019 (the research indicators from 2019 will be made available by the Ordering Party), 6) developing final conclusions taking into account points 1-5, 7) developing a document based on points 1-6 entitled Research and analysis of the functioning of parking areas in Toruń, with...
