"Performing a risk assessment of water intakes (Chełm, Orsk, Trzęsów)" SPECIFICATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER 1. Material scope: I. The subject of the Agreement is the performance of a risk assessment for underground water intakes: 1.1. "Orsk", located on plots with registration numbers 395 and 396/5, Orsk district, and 1.2. "Chełm" located on the plot with registration number 406/1, Orsk district, as well as 1.3. "Trzęsów" located on a plot with registration number 164/1, Trzęsów district, together with the preparation of a report in accordance with the requirements arising from the Act of March 13, 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2026, item 605), implementing an approach based on risk analysis in water supply systems, hereinafter referred to as: "Subject of the Agreement".2. The development of a risk assessment for the above-mentioned groundwater intakes will be provided to the Ordering Party in 4 copies for each intake in paper and electronic versions.3.
