1. The subject of the order is to carry out periodic inspection of the technical condition of construction facilities, in particular in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 - 3 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673) and the introduction the results of the inspection to the Electronic Records of Educational Resources Module of the capital city Warsaw (MEZZO) based on access granted by the capital city of Warsaw Warsaw, in accordance with the ordinance of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw No. 1763/2023 of December 1, 2023, administered by schools and educational institutions listed in Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ list of institutions. The MEZZO system is a module separated in the Building and Premises Registration and Management System (SEIZBIL). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Description of the Subject of the Order - Appendix No. 5.1 to the SWZ - Technical characteristics of the objects in the MEZZO application with output data, for each educational institution separately and in Appendix No. 5.2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order - list of p/after equipment.
