This consultation concerns the administration and carrying out performance tests in operational situation of security agents on the sites of the Airports of the Cote d'Azur (Nice Cote d'Azur Airport + Cannes-Mandelieu Airport), in accordance with the regulations in force.
Specificity: in accordance with article L2141-10 of the public procurement code, any company holding a market to provide security services with airports on the Cote d'Azur, as well as its subsidiaries, will not be able to apply for this market relating to the implementation of testsPerformance in operational situation (TPSO).
In accordance with article R.2162-2 of the public procurement code, the market implies the implementation of a framework agreement with a single operator.
Maximum planned number of participants in the framework agreement: 1
in accordance with article R.2162-4 of the code ofPublic procurement, the framework agreement has passed without minimum, and is supervised by a maximum amount of 710, 000.00 excl. Tax, for the duration of the framework agreement, all renewals included.
