1. Subject of the Order Task name: Mechanical and renovation works - Raw meal dosing system for the furnace during the winter renovation of WTA 2027. Location / Plant: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, Holcim Polska S.A. The detailed scope of work includes including: Inspection of the 312DC10MT10 conveyor (inspection of the rotor, verification and possible replacement of bearings). Work on rotating cells under cyclones (e.g. 312 RA 25): disassembly/installation of flap gates, replacement of sheets on the feeder rotor, checking seals chokes. Inspection and renovation works on aeration gutters (including 312AS17, 218AS06, 218AS07): preparation of gutters for inspection of the aeration cloth and checking the patency of the blowing installations.2. Conditions of Implementation Work completion date: January - February 2027 (the exact schedule will be determined based on the furnace shutdown plan).⚡ Special occupational health and safety requirements / MSR Zone: Work will be carried out in the MSR zone (Raw Meal). The Contractor's employees must be equipped with work clothes and PPE meeting the highest standards and norms: EN ISO 20471 (clothing with intense visibility), EN ISO 11612 (clothing protecting against heat and flame), EN 1149-5 (electrostatic properties) and EN 61482-2 (protection against thermal hazards caused by an electric arc).3. On-site Visit Carrying out an on-site visit at the Kujawy Cement Plant is an absolute formal condition for participating in the tender.
