Tender Details

In accordance with Article 26 of the Document of Polar Stock, checking the financial situation, on the financial statements and the regularity of the transactions, to be displayed in the financial statements from the point of view of the law and the articles of association, be entrusted to one or more commissioners, members of the Institute of the Business Revisors. This commissioner is appointed by the General Meeting of Polar Stock for a period of three years, which is renewable. During the term of his assignment, the Commissioner can only be dismissed for legitimate reasons by the general meeting of shareholders. In this context, this assignment is issued to conclude an agreement for the implementation of the Mandate of Commissioner for Poolstok CV (Flemish Selection Center for the CV government employees). This assignment includes the check of the financial situation, the annual accounts and the regularity of the transactions about the financial years 2024, 2025 and 2026. The financial year of Poolstok runs from January 1 to December 31.
