Performing maintenance level 5 repairs on EN75 series/type electric multiple units, along with additional works The subject of the order is to perform maintenance level 5 repairs of electric multiple units of the EN75 series/type together with additional works. resulting from the Option Law. The basic scope of the order includes: when repairing P5 you should: - perform the activities and meet the requirements indicated in the DSU; - prepare documentation after P5 Repair in accordance with the requirements of DSU and the Agreement; - perform other actions indicated in the Agreement. The optional scope, i.e. a detailed description of additional works under the Option Right, includes additional works, i.e.: - installation of an area for the train manager near both driver's cabins - replacement of driving data recorders - installation of an induction loop. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Designed provisions of the contract). 3. The Ordering Party envisages applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, a will then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the Procedure. 4.
