1. The subject of the order is to provide investor supervision as part of the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of renewable energy sources in the Sawno Commune - stage II, which includes the following material scopes: 1.1. Investor supervision for the implementation of the task: 1.1.1. task 1 - Design and implementation of 367 photovoltaic installations for own residential buildings and providing author's supervision.1.1.2. Task 2 - Design and construction of a photovoltaic installation for the needs of the Commune Office and its implementation author's supervision.1.1.3. Task 3 - Design and implementation of a heat pump installation for the needs of the Commune Office and providing author's supervision.1.2. Investor supervision after the implementation of the above-mentioned investment, under which the Contractor will provide supervision services warranty period, but not longer than 84 months from the date of final acceptance of the completed RES installations.1.3. ATTENTION! The contractor is responsible for the supervision costs referred to in point 1.2. to be calculated and included in the price for the implementation of individual scopes/tasks, referred to in points 1.1.1.-1.1.3.2.
