Performing investor supervision over the task: "Design and execution of construction works as part of the task entitled: "Works on the railway line No. 179 on the Tychy - Bieruń Stary section" implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program" Subject of the Order is to provide investor supervision over the task "Design and execution of construction works as part of the task entitled: "Works on the railway line No. 179 on the Tychy - Bieruń Stary section" implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure Program, Climate, Environment 2021-2027", i.e. in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and Construction Contract(s); b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the construction contract in terms of its settlement, material and financial monitoring and reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor's Supervision Inspector for construction contracts; d) Management, including coordination of all construction contracts concluded under project; e) Conducting environmental supervision (in terms of controlling the impact of the construction process, including on surface and underground waters, noise, air, land surface, waste management, greenery management) and environmental supervision, in accordance with decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions for the implementation of the project and other administrative decisions in this regard...
