1. The subject of this order is to provide investor supervision over the implementation of the task Mon. "Development of mobility and infrastructure and improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of Kościan County through the use of multimodal and zero-emission transport solutions. 2. Pursuant to point 2.6 of the SWZ, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers (divided into PACKAGES) according to the following rules: 1) PACKAGE I - construction of a bicycle path along Morownicka Street in Śmigiel, 2) PACKAGE II - transfer hub with accompanying infrastructure in Stary Bojanow. PACKAGE I includes investor supervision in the road sector of the construction of a bicycle path along the street Morownicka in Śmigiel on plots with geod. no. 1715, 455, 1730, 1731/2, 1724/1, 1725/1, 1731/1, 1731/3, 1734. Detailed conditions for the execution of the order: 1) investor supervision should be performed in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025 r., item 418, as amended), other applicable regulations and principles of technical knowledge and in accordance with the scope and manner specified in the draft contract - Part II of the SWZ, 2) the subject of the order includes in particular: - representing the Ordering Party on the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the design, building permit, contract, regulations and principles of technical knowledge, - checking the quality of construction works and the use of products in the performance of these works in accordance with art....
