The subject of the order is: INVESTOR'S SUPERVISION over the implementation of road works covered by the task: Reconstruction of district road No. 1528W in the towns of Natolin and Chrzanw Duy Supervision Inspector Coordinator as a representative of the Ordering Party, will supervise in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law in this respect and in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex No. 7 to this SWZ, specifying a detailed description of the implementation of the task covered by the investor's supervision entitled: Reconstruction of the district road No. 1528W in the towns of Natolin and Chrzanw Duy. Documentation and other documents specifying the scope of road works covered by supervision is included in Annex No. 7 to this SWZ and includes, among others: a) Designed provisions of the contract (concerning the Contractor of the works) b) OPZ/STWiOR c) documentation and in accordance with the scope of duties and responsibilities entrusted to him specified by the Ordering Party herein Description of the Subject of the Order and Draft Provisions of the Supervision Agreement.
