The subject of the order is to provide investor supervision over the performance of construction works related to the renovation of the roof of the Obka building, consisting of demolition works, installation of a new roof covering with felt felt, and implementation of new sheet metal flashings, installing new roof drainage, insulating chimneys with new plasters, installing new roof vents, installing a new lightning protection system.2.
