1. The subject of the order is to provide investor supervision over the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction and change of use of the school building for the purposes of local government administration services at ul. Krlowa Jadwigi 3 in Ostrów Wielkopolski as part of investment task entitled: Adaptation of the building at ul. Queen Jadwiga for the needs of local government administration, including, among others, 1) replacement of the roof truss structure, 2) replacement of the ceiling structure over the second floor, 3) adaptation of the created space in the attic into office rooms, 4) reconstruction of the layout of rooms inside the building, 5) construction of an elevator shaft with the supply of an elevator inside the building and the associated partial replacement of ceilings, 6) adaptation of the building to fire and safety requirements, 7) thermal modernization of the building (insulation of walls from the inside made of light aerated concrete), 8) replacement of windows and doors, 9) renovation of the building's façade, 10) disassembly of the electrical installation, 11) implementation of the building's power supply, 12) implementation of fire shutdown and RG fire protection switchgear, 13) implementation facility switchboards, 14) installation of basic and emergency lighting, 15) installation of plug sockets and power supply...
