4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service titled: Providing investor supervision over construction works related to the implementation of the task titled: Energy modernization of the Water Park in Hajnwce.4.2. The investment consists of the following implementation stages: a) Stage I - review of design and cost estimate documentation Investment including: identifying all trademarks, names of manufacturers, models, types of devices, systems or reference solutions appearing in the documentation, preparing individual equivalence descriptions for them and completing the equivalence table according to the template constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ, verification of all standards, technical specifications, approvals, guidelines and reference documents indicated in the design documentation, STWiORB, bills of quantities and other studies, indication of current standards or documents replacing withdrawn standards, assessment of whether the change in standards affects adopted design solutions, and completing the standard update table according to the template constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, reporting to the Ordering Party in writing any errors, omissions, inconsistencies or outdated solutions in the documentation that may ...
