Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in providing investor supervision over the implementation of the task titled: Reconstruction of the bridge along the district road No. 3229D in Stronie lskie, km 0+013 [reason - September 2024]2. The service includes execution obligations of the investor's supervision inspector in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, contract provisions, design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and other documents related to the implementation investment.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope of the Contractor's obligations and the requirements regarding the method of providing the service are set out in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).4. Design documentation regarding the investment covered by the subject the order was indicated in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ List of design documentation, containing a list of documents and an indication of the place where they are made available.5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
