The subject of this public procurement is "Performance of initial extended audits of the used centralized information systems and preparation of documentation from rules". The subject of the public procurement is the performance of a comprehensive inspection, evaluation and information security analysis of 15 centralized information systems used by the judiciary, including performing penetration tests, assessing code and infrastructure, and preparing a report and draft security rules on The Ordinance on the Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (NMIMIS). The scope of the service includes the following activities: - Performing security analysis and audit, including: - Analysis of systems architecture, infrastructure, and source code; - Conducting penetration tests according to MITER ATT&CK and OWASP; - View authentication, access, logs, cryptography, vulnerabilities; - Preparation of audit reports for each system; - Preparation of a draft of internal rules: - Draft of rules under Art. 5, para. 1, item 6 and item 7 of NMIMIS; - Compliance with ISO 27001; - Documenting organizational and technical security measures.
