1. The subject of the order is the successive performance of current general construction, maintenance and renovation works (according to Annex No. 1 to SWZ) in the facilities of Uzdrowisko Koobrzeg S.A. in Koobrzeg.2. The work will be carried out in active facilities, which requires preservation order, personal manners and each time the deadlines for strenuous, demolition and loud works are agreed with the facility manager.3. The estimated value of the order is PLN 700, 000.00 net per year.4. The materials are provided by the Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party does not expect to place an order supplementary.
