The subject of the order is the provision of a service called: "Exercising the function of a verifier of design documentation and a supervision inspector in the implementation of the task entitled: Designing and carrying out the liquidation of Toll Collection Points located in along the Opole section of the A4 motorway along with restoring the condition of the road to standards appropriate for its class. The supervision service will be provided over a task carried out in the "design and build" formula, the subject of which is the design and liquidation of toll collection points on the Opole section of the A4 motorway and restoration of the road to standards appropriate for its class.
