5. Scope of duties of the Supervision Inspector: 1) Control and supervision of: a. The course of development of design documentation necessary to obtain a building permit and carry out construction works. b. punctuality of work (according to the schedule), c. compliance with Investment budget, d. quality of work carried out, e. compliance of work methods with occupational health and safety rules. enforcement requires an agreement between the Ordering Party and the General Contractor of the investment (Execution Agreement).2) Advising the Ordering Party on the opinion optimization of changes in design solutions and implementation procedures aimed at reducing investment costs. 3) Preparation and introduction of implementation procedures: a. flow and acceptance of material cards, b. flow and acceptance of monthly processing i declaration of no arrears, c. acceptance of disappearing and partial works, d. acceptance of alternative and additional solutions.4) Monitoring the contractor of construction works in the scope of: a. compliance of the current progress of works with the schedule, b. compliance of project changes with requirements of the Ordering Party, c. preparing and submitting applications to the relevant authorities. d. obtaining appropriate permits, arrangements, ...
