Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to perform the function of multi-sector investor supervision over the implementation of the task titled: Increasing the energy efficiency of the Hospital building. The service specification is included in Annex 1 to this order specification (Offer form), and detailed characteristics are provided in Annex No. 1.1. (Price form) and Annex No. 1.2 (Detailed description of the subject of the order). As part of the implementation of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to carry out the full scope of activities specified in the provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524) and implementing regulations for the construction supervision inspector, in accordance with applicable standards, principles of construction practice and professional ethics, which is described in detail in Annex No. 1.2 to SWZ - (Detailed description of the subject of the order).
