1. The subject of the order is to perform the function of multi-sector investor supervision for the task titled: ADJUSTMENT OF THE BUILDING AT UL. DWORSKIEGO 100 IN PRZEMYL TO THE NEEDS OF A COMPLEX OF ELECTRONIC AND GENERAL EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLS located on plots no. 108, 109, 112, 150 rpm 212 Przemyl, in the scope of multi-disciplinary investor supervision over the following works: 1) construction, 2) electrical, 3) sanitary, 4) road, 2. The scope of works over which investor supervision will be exercised is specified as follows studies: 1) Inventory; 2) Architectural and Construction Design; 3) Technical and Executive Design; 4) Land Development Design.3. The contractor undertakes to perform investor supervision activities in accordance with Art. 25 and 26 of the Construction Law and in accordance with design documentation, building permits and technical construction regulations.4.
