Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to perform the function of the investor's supervision contractor, consisting in providing services related to management, control, supervision and settlement of construction works in the investment task called Design and construction Care and residential center in Gdańsk at ul. Wsierska on plot 478/5. The investor supervision contractor acts on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party as its representative, to the extent consistent with the SWZ and the contract. The investor's supervision contractor is obliged to: taking actions aimed at securing the rights and interests of the Ordering Party. The investor's supervision contractor is liable to the Ordering Party for any damage caused as a result of non-performance or improper performance of activities covered by the SWZ and contract. The contractor should provide constant investment support in the form of: Contractor's Representative, Supervision Inspector in the construction industry, Supervision Inspector in the sanitary industry, Supervision Inspector in the electrical industry.
