The subject of the order is to perform the function of investor supervision, including the provision of supervision inspectors in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended), over the execution of construction works as part of the investment entitled: Construction of a multi-family building with infrastructure and land development at ul. Turkusowa in Gdynia as part of the budget task "Construction of a municipal building at ul. Turkusowa" and during the guarantee and warranty period granted by the contractor of construction works (hereinafter referred to as the General Contractor). The scope of construction works covered by supervision services results, among others, from: from the Description of the Subject of the Order regarding construction works - Annex No. 1 to the contract, containing, among others: 1.1 - design documentation, 1.2 - technical specifications execution and acceptance of works and the contract referred to in section 6. SWZ.
