Performing the function of Investor Supervision Inspector over the implementation of the task "Expansion and reconstruction of the Rehabilitation Hospital in Pokoju" 1. The subject of the order will be the performance of the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector over the implementation of the task titled: "Development and reconstruction of the Rehabilitation Hospital in Pokoju, including in particular: 1) controlling and monitoring the Contractor of design works and construction works in the scope of the entire investment task called "Expansion and reconstruction of the Rehabilitation Hospital in Peace” in the “design and build” formula. 2) ensuring a supervision team and its coordination at least in each of the industries in which the Ordering Party expects the Contractor to be a work manager 3) support for the Ordering Party in making arrangements and accepting documentation design and implementation 4) participation on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party in administrative proceedings in the process of preparation and implementation of the investment, in particular to issue a decision on the environmental impact assessment of the project (if necessary required), approval of the construction design and granting a building permit, granting an occupancy permit - all together with opinions and arrangements 5) controlling and monitoring the process of collecting materials and information for documentation design and preparation of the industry design team with the required authorizations, as well as supervision over the compliance of design documentation and cost estimates...
