1. The material scope of the order includes the provision of investor supervision to the extent specified in the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended), and in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 19, 2001 in regarding the types of construction facilities for the implementation of which it is required to appoint an investor's supervision inspector (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 138, item 1554). The scope of services provided by the supervision inspector should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines contained in Art. 25 above the Construction Law and the relevant implementing acts. 2. The subject of the order is to act as the Investor's Supervision Inspector over the execution of construction works carried out as part of the investment task called Reconstruction i change of use of the tenement house at ul. Blich 1 in Krona for the purposes of the activities of the cultural institution, the Museum of Crafts in Krona.
