The subject of the inquiry is the selection of a contractor to whom the Ordering Party will entrust the function of Investor Supervision Inspector in the implementation of the task entitled: "Replacement of the parquet floor in the Sports Hall at ul. Żeromskiego 4C in Sosnowiec" Description of the procedure: Ordering Party invites you to submit an offer for the function of Investor Supervision Inspector for the task titled: "Replacement of the parquet floor in the Sports Hall at ul. Żeromskiego 4C in Sosnowiec" implemented in the design and build formula based on a functional program usable space. The area of the parquet floor is 1119 m2. When constructing the offer, please make the following assumptions: 1. Ordering Party intends to entrust the function of Investor Supervision Inspector in the scope of construction licenses in specialties construction and construction and qualifications in the installation specialty in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and devices. 2. The Investor Supervision Inspector providing the service should have current membership in the appropriate District Chamber of Construction Engineers throughout the entire period of service provision. 3.
