Żeromskiego 4C in Sosnowiec" Description of the procedure: The Ordering Party invites to submit an offer for the function of Investor Supervision Inspector for the task entitled "Replacement of the parquet floor in the Sports Hall at ul. Żeromskiego 4C in Sosnowiec" implemented in the design and build formula based on a functional program The area of the parquet floor is 1, 119 m2. When constructing the offer, please make the following assumptions: 1. The Ordering Party intends to entrust the function of Investor Supervision Inspector in the field of construction licenses in the specialty construction and building qualifications in the installation specialty in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and devices. 2. The Investor Supervision Inspector providing the service should have current membership in the appropriate District Chamber of Construction Engineers throughout the entire period of service provision. 3.
