The subject of the inquiry is the selection of the contractor to whom the Ordering Party will entrust the function of Investor Supervision Inspector in the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of lighting for the training pitch in the Sports Complex at ul. Orląt Lwowskich 70 in Sosnowiec"Description of the procedure: The Ordering Party invites you to submit an offer for the function of Investor Supervision Inspector for the task entitled "Construction of lighting for a training pitch in the Sports Complex at ul. Orląt Lwowskich 70 in Sosnowiec" implemented in the design and build formula based on a functional and utility program. When constructing the offer, please make the following assumptions: 1. The Ordering Party intends to entrust the function of the Investor Supervision Inspector within the scope of powers in the installation specialty in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and devices, and construction licenses in the construction specialty. 2. The Investor Supervision Inspector providing the service should have a valid ID card membership in the appropriate regional chamber of construction engineers throughout the entire period of service provision. 3. The scope of activities of the Investor Supervision Inspector will consist in: a.
