Tender Details

1. The material scope of the order includes the provision of investor supervision to the extent specified in the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended), and in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 19, 2001 in regarding the types of construction facilities for the implementation of which it is required to appoint an investor supervision inspector (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 138, item 1554) and dendrological supervision. The scope of services provided by the supervision inspector should be implemented according to the guidelines contained in art. 25 above the Construction Law and the relevant implementing acts. 2. The subject of the order is to act as the Investor's Supervision Inspector over the execution of construction works carried out as part of the task investment called Construction works, conservation works, restoration works regarding the building of the Kaczkowski Palace in Krona and its surroundings.
