3.1. The Contract Engineer assumes the obligation to perform the function of the Contract Engineer along with providing supervision inspectors for individual industries during the implementation of construction works as part of the investment titled: Use of renewable energy through purchase and installation of photovoltaic installations for the inhabitants of the city of Turku, including the delivery and assembly and design of 194 sets of photovoltaic installations, including 80 sets of energy storage facilities.3.1.1. As part of the subject of the order, the Contract Engineer will coordinate, supervises, controls and settles the implementation of the investment in question in the scope of construction works.3.1.2. The obligations of the Contract Engineer include the full scope of his activities specified in this Agreement and in the contract concluded for the performance of construction works. between the Municipality of Turek and the Contractor selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and other provisions, the application of which will contribute to the proper performance of the Agreement.
