Performing the function of Contract Engineer regarding the investment titled "Widening the section of the fairway on the approach to the sea port in Świnoujście" 1. The subject of the order is the service of performing the function of an Engineer within the meaning of the Contract Conditions FIDIC for the purposes of implementing the investment called “Widening of the section of the fairway on the approach to the seaport in Świnoujście" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Investment"). 2.The purpose of this order is to establish a comprehensive, professional and effective supervision of the implementation of the contract that will be concluded with the contractor of works as part of the Investment (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract"). 3. The selected Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a service consisting of: 1) analysis of the condition of the Contract for the needs preparing the Initial Report, 2) performing the function of an Engineer within the meaning of the FIDIC Contract Conditions referred to later in this chapter, 3) performing the function of a supervision inspector, in accordance with Polish construction law and acts executive, effective and active supervision of the Investment and administration of the Contract. 4. Commencement of the investment is planned for the third/fourth quarter of 2026. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. The Ordering Party requests the Contractor to provide a security for proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total gross offer price.
