The subject of the order is a service consisting in performing a function Engineer within the meaning of the FIDIC Contract Conditions for the purposes of implementing the Investment called "Improving access to the sea port in Szczecin - Construction of a passing lane for ships on the Świnoujście - Szczecin waterway." A detailed description of the subject of the order has been provided included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party provides for requirements related to the implementation of the order in terms of employment based on an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
