"Performing the function of Contract Engineer as part of the investment task entitled: Reconstruction of Zalewowa Street on the section from Sąsiedzka Street to Myśliwska Street." 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in "Performing the function of an Engineer Contract as part of the investment project entitled: Reconstruction of Zalewowa Street on the section from Sąsiedzka Street to the street Myśliwska". 2. The basic purpose of the contract (hereinafter: "Agreement") concluded between the Ordering Party and the Engineer Contract (hereinafter: "Contract Engineer") there will be effective, professional and reliable provision of services in the field managing the investment process, acting as a supervisory inspector and advising on the implementation of tasks covered by the subject of the contract - described in Annex 6.1.1 to the contract. Combination of specific competences in the description of the subject of the order for the service of the Project, is intended to ensure comprehensiveness of the service of the Project and establishing clear rules of responsibility for its correct implementation, as well as ensuring efficient operation flow information. 1.
