Performing the function of Contract Engineer - "Reconstruction of Jachtowa Street" The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in acting as a Contract Engineer as part of the investment task titled: "Reconstruction of Jachtowa Street", covering the section from intersection with ul. Rogozińskiego to the intersection with ul. Parkowa in Świnoujście. The service includes, in particular, comprehensive management, coordination, control and settlement of the investment project, multi-sector investor supervision, claims, material and financial reporting and performance of activities during the guarantee and warranty period for construction works. The detailed scope and conditions of the contract are specified in the SWZ and its annexes, in particular the draft contract and description of the subject matter order, list of settlement elements, description of the task covered by the activities, design documentation, stage diagram and decision No. 2/DR/2023 authorizing the implementation of the road investment. Part of the order includes acting as an Engineer Contract for the investment task titled "Reconstruction of Jachtowa Street". The service includes comprehensive management, coordination, control and settlement of the investment task, multi-sector investor supervision, claims handling, reporting material and financial activities as well as activities during the guarantee and warranty period for construction works.
