Performing the function of the Contract Engineer over the implementation of the Works and managing the Project titled "Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź - Project 9" consisting of 8 Investment Tasks (No. consistent with SWZ) 4.1. The subject of the order is the selection of the Engineer Contract that will supervise the implementation and settlement of the project entitled "Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź - Project 9" consisting of the eight investment tasks listed below, and will act as a supervision inspector investor over works/services (including all types of additional works, replacement works, other works, works related to the removal of defects reported during acceptance or the warranty or guarantee period) carried out under these Tasks called 4.1.1. Task 1: Revitalization of the tenement house at ul. Piotrkowska 34/Jaracza 1 in Łódź, including land development and the necessary technical infrastructure in the "design and build" system. 4.1.2. Task 2: Revitalization of a tenement house on the street Piotrkowska 36 in Łódź, together with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure in the "design and build" system 4.1.3. Task 3: Revitalization of the tenement house at 38 Piotrkowska Street in Łódź, including land development and the necessary technical infrastructure in the "design and build" system 4.1.4.
