1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in performing the function of Contract Engineer in the preparation, supervision and settlement of construction works for the Saturn Mine - Space of new opportunities, Stage 1.2. Scope of work/activities covered by this order, in particular: supervision over all works / activities / works falling within the scope of the task design documentation, investor supervision over construction works carried out as part of the above-mentioned task, including investor supervision construction, sanitary, electrical, telecommunications and road industries, along with the financial settlement of the task. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU), constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.3. Construction works, the supervision of which is the subject of this order, include: - Part A construction works of reconstruction, renovation and adaptation to the new cultural and social function of the tower building and the winding machine of Shaft II in Czeladź, including land development and technical infrastructure for the building.
