(I.) The subject of the order is to act as the Contract Engineer during the implementation of the task entitled: Construction and modernization of railway infrastructure in connection with the planned construction of an integrated transfer hub in Bielsko-Biała. (II.) Procedure: 1. The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender, in accordance with Section II, Chapter 3, Section 2 of the Public Procurement Law; 2. The offer, declarations and documents must be prepared and submitted under pain of invalidity to the Ordering Party in electronic form, signed with a qualified electronic signature; 3. The maximum total size of files constituting an offer or submitted with an offer is 250 MB. Communication in the proceedings - other than submitting offers - takes place by means of electronic means electronically via communication forms available in the "Forms" tab ("Communication forms") or e-mail. In particular, submission takes place via "Communication Forms" or e-mail requests for clarification of the content of the Specification of Procurement Terms (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"), forwarding requests and notices and responding to sent requests.
