The subject of the order is to act as the Contract Engineer during the implementation of the investment project entitled: Demolition and construction of a viaduct on Warszawska Street in Siedlce in the design and build formula. The task was co-financed by the Funds program European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027, Priority IV European Funds for a better connected and accessible Mazovia, Measure 4.1 Regional and local transport, Type of projects Construction and reconstruction of district and municipal roads in the scope of: a. preparation of documentation design along with obtaining a permit to carry out construction works, b. execution of construction works in accordance with the developed Functional and Utility Program and the assumptions of the description of the subject of the order, constituting an annex to the SWZ, prepared by the Contractor design and cost estimate documentation approved by the Ordering Party and all administrative decisions, arrangements, guidelines, permits.
