Performing the function of Construction Manager and coordinating construction works involving the modernization of the building at ul. St. Mikkego 1 in WarsawREPEATED PROCEDURE. NOTE: 1.1. The Ordering Party stipulates that the information contained in the OPZ and annexes to the OPZ are confidential nature. Contractors, before receiving the above-mentioned documents, they will be obliged to sign a declaration that the information provided will be kept confidential. The template of the "Confidentiality Declaration" is attached as Annex No. 7 to SWZ.1.2. "Confidentiality Declaration" "confidentiality" must be signed by the person/persons authorized to represent the Contractor: - in electronic form - a scan (with visible signatures of persons representing the Contractor) or - in electronic form with a qualified signature electronically.1.3.If the authorization of the person signing the Declaration does not result directly from the Contractor's registration documents - an appropriate power of attorney must be provided together with the documents. The declaration, together with a possible power of attorney, is posted by the Contractor at: the Ordering Party's Purchasing Platform (in the "Questions/Information" tab). 1.4. The content of any questions regarding the OPZ or annexes to the OPZ, together with explanations or changes to the content of these documents, will be provided by the Ordering Party via the Company's Purchasing Platform only to those Contractors who have submitted a "Confidentiality Declaration" and registered on the Company's Purchasing Platform.1.5.Confidential documents will be made available to Contractors via the Company's Purchasing Platform.1....
