The Ordering Party reserves that the information contained in the OPZ and annexes to the OPZ are confidential. Contractors, Before receiving the above-mentioned documents, they will be obliged to sign a declaration on keeping the provided information confidential. The template of the "Confidentiality Declaration" is attached as Annex No. 7 to SWZ.1.2. The "Confidentiality Declaration" must be signed by the person/persons authorized to represent the Contractor: - in electronic form - a scan (visible signatures of persons representing the Contractor) or - in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature.1.3. If the authorization of the person signing the Declaration does not result directly from the Contractor's registration documents - an appropriate power of attorney must be provided together with the documents. The Contractor places the declaration together with a possible power of attorney on the Ordering Party's Purchasing Platform (in the tab "Questions/Information"). 1.4. The content of any questions regarding the OPZ or appendices to the OPZ, together with explanations or changes to the content of these documents. The Ordering Party will provide via the Company's Purchasing Platform only to those Contractors who have submitted the "Declaration".
