The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance level five (P5) for five 32WEa type electric multiple units with numbers 32WEa - 001 (EN77-001 series), 32WEa - 002 (EN77-002 series), 32WEa - 003 (EN77-003 series), 32WEa - 004 (EN77-004 series), 32WEa - 005 (EN77-005 series) according to the "Documentation of the Maintenance System for 32WEa electric multiple units" and the Description of the Subject of the Order approved by the Ordering Party. The scope and method of performing all the works in question above, is contained in or results from the DSU, as well as from the Technical and Operational Documentation. As part of the Basic Works, the Contractor will perform all works and services referred to in point 6 of the OPZ. The subject of the order may also be the performance of additional, related works with P5 level technical support for individual or all Vehicles, going beyond the scope of work provided for in the DSU referred to in point 7 of the OPZ. The work referred to in this section may be ordered to be performed by: the Ordering Party's option right, indicated in §10 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. A detailed description of the Basic Work and Additional Optional Work is included in the OPZ. The Contractor will perform the works in accordance with the actual condition of the Vehicles as of their date transferred to the Contractor by the Ordering Party.
